Did you see the news yesterday?
"The FA have confirmed the proposed rule changes with FIVE from FIVE substitutes being a mandatory change for leagues at Steps 5 & 6 (Western & SW Peninsula Etc)
Cup competitions may vary, and will have to keep an eye out for similar changes, or not, to those in due course."
A lot of clubs didn't get five on their subs bench last season and so it could well be that it won't make too much difference anyway!
But if you think the above is unnecessary, take a look at what they will be trying out in the Dutch Second Division!
